3 Ramly chicken/meat sausage sticks
2 large salt pot for boiling spaghetti
2 tablespoons of olive oil
750ml of fresh milk ( 3 cups)
250ml whipping cream ( 1 cups)
2 singles cheese pieces
30g shredded parmesan cheese
1 spoonfuls of corn flour
1/2 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
10g of chopped parsley

Method

  1. Bring it to a boil 5-6 liters of water that has been added 2 tablespoons of salt. Plenty of water will prevent the spaghetti from sticking.
  2. Enter 250g ( 1/2 package of spaghetti ) and cook until 90% cook or al dente Because we will be cooking spaghetti again with carbonara sauce.
  3. Drain and set aside the spaghetti.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Fry the mushrooms until crisp over medium heat. Our goal is to dry the mushrooms and enhance the flavor of the mushrooms in the sauce.
  5. When the mushrooms are dry and brown, remove and set aside.
  6. Without cleaning the pan or adding oil, insert the sliced burger pieces. Fry until crisp.
  7. Add the chopped onion and fry until yellow.
  8. Add slices of sausage meat and fry for 1-2 minutes and add 1 a cup of fresh milk. Stir to combine.
  9. Add 1 a cup of fresh milk and add the fried mushrooms. Stir well and add 1 another cup of fresh milk.
  10. Add 1 cawan whipping cream. If there is no whipping cream, you can replace it with liquid milk.
  11. Add 2 single pieces of cheese and stir until cheese is completely melted. If whipping cream is replaced with liquid milk , add 1 singles cheese pieces.
  12. Add 30g of finely grated parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese dissolves. If there is no parmesan cheese can be replaced with 1 more slices of cheese.
  13. Rename the sauce for 5-8 minutes.
  14. Dissolve it 1 teaspoon of cornstarch to make a sauce thickener. Add the cornstarch solution to the carbonara sauce and mix slowly.
  15. When the sauce has started to thicken, Add a little black pepper and sprinkle with a little fresh parsley. The carbonara sauce is ready to be served with spaghetti.
  16. Heat some water in a pan and add the spaghetti. We just want to soften the spaghetti before mixing it with the carbonara sauce.
  17. Add the carbonara sauce to your liking and serve immediately.
