Burger 100% Homemade

Burgers are a favorite food around the world and are in demand by many. Here I will share my recipe for a classic burger 100% beef. The secret to making a delicious burger is to use the right meat with adequate fat content. The main factor that gives burgers a delicious flavor is fat. The best burgers will contain a minimum 20% fat, i love that batter 30% fat and 70% meat.

Many people try to make burgers by buying minced meat in the supermarket but the results are less than satisfactory because most of the minced meat sold is from low -fat cuts of meat.. This will result in a dry, less palatable burger. To solve this problem, we will combine the kisar meat with tetel meat or meat soup which is higher in fat content.

Providing burgers is actually very easy, importantly the burger should be cooked over a strong flame so that it is crisp and crusty on both surfaces. It is this crust that gives the burger a delicious flavor. We also need to use enough salt so that the flavor of the meat can stand out.

For the burger sauce, I just put it together 3 base sauce to get a sauce that is perfect to match a burger. I also put some fried onions.

Ingredients (for 5 servings)

420g ground beef
180g beef tenderloin/meat soup
200g daun salad coral
1 biji tomato
300g large onions coarsely sliced
2 teaspoons of salt
2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of onion powder
5 burger patties
5 singles cheese pieces
Butter
Cooking oil

Burger sauce ingredients

4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 yellow mustard blade

Method

  1. Heat 300g large onion in checker oil until brown and set aside. Use a medium -slow flame. Do not wait until the onions are dark brown because the onions will continue to cook even after being removed from the pan.
  2. Finely chopped 180g minced beef/meat soup. If there is an electric blender or food processor, you can use it or cut it with a knife.
  3. Mix the minced minced meat with 420g of minced beef in a suitable container. Mix well and evenly.
  4. Avoid large lumps of fat in the meat, try to crush so that it is easy to mix.
  5. Add 1 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper and 1 teaspoon of onion powder. Mix again.
  6. Discard any sticky pieces of meat.
  7. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon black pepper. Salt and black pepper are placed little by little so that it is more evenly distributed in the meat. Salt is essential for a delicious burger flavor.
  8. Mix one last time until smooth.
  9. Divide the meat mixture into 5 patti burger weighing 120g. For convenience can use electronic scales.
  10. Shape the patti by hand. Round each piece and flatten it into a burger shape.
  11. To make burger sauce, mix 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons chili sauce and 1 yellow mustard blade. Mix until smooth and set aside.
  12. Slice the burger bun and spread the butter on the inside of the bun. Bake until crisp and golden yellow.
  13. Heat the pan until slightly smoky but do not add oil, use a non-stick skillet if you have one. Fry the patti burger until crisp and crusty brown on both sides. Press the burger patti occasionally so that it cooks evenly.
  14. When it's almost cooked, place a piece of singles cheese on top of the starch so that it melts and remove from the pan.
  15. The ingredients are ready to be combined, starting with the bottom of the bread. The first layer is lettuce.
  16. Add a little burger sauce and a slice of sliced ​​tomato.
